Description:
The Lead Hardware Integrator leads the Hardware teams and coordinates the Hardware activities for the program. Hasresponsibility for hardware delivering plan and execution, BOM maintains and ICV rolling up, material tracking, etc...
Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. 1.Prepares and owns the Hardware Integration Plan for the program.
2. 2.Reports HW integration risks andissues.
3. Lead engineering prototype tracking and availability.
4. Works with LSI to support FRU stock
5. Maintains the system ICV. Owns the ICV calculation for both products and FRUs
6. Maintains Parts Tracker, Product Structure,
Release Schedule, supports identifying long lead items.
7. Ensures detailed prototype material tracking and availability for bay and target integration. Regulatory testing, verification and validation
8. Works with Manufacturing to obtain production material for V&V
9. Works with LSD and maintains excel BOM of product, including BOM structure and parts tracker (essential output, spare yes/no,
drawing and BOM release schedule, long lead items identify, etc.)
10. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy,Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
11. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

Qualifications:
1. Master degree or bachelor degree with 5 years working experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering or closely related
discipline
2. 2 years relevant work experience
3. Has the hardware design knowledge and background
4. Has experience in medical device industry
5. Proficient in the use of PPT, excel and project software
6. Demonstrated ability to pursue tasks to completion
7. Good English in both written and verbal
