工作職責(zé):
1).Set up and maintain an efficient IT helpdesk system to make sure that all staff
can use the professional IT service to increase their working efficiency and
further make greater profit for the company.
2). Handle IT related affairs on a daily basis include both office and
manufacturing and conduct IT training for end-user on a regular basis.
3). Work closely with local IT to implement IT related project and maintain
centralized IT systems.
4).Good support for business.
5).Other tasks assigned by superior as needed.
要求:
1). College degree and above, majoring in computer science or related fields.
2). Above one year relevant experience on IT Helpdesk, having knowledge on network cabling/debug (TCP/IP protocol is plus), MS Windows 11,
AD, MS Office, general IT equipment Maintenance and debugging :Desktop, Laptop, MFP, Projector etc.
3). Relevant knowledge and practical experience with enterprise system (MS office, Outlook, teams, ERP etc).
4). Development experience and skills will be plus.
5).Manufacturing equipment knowledge will be plus: Digitalization, MES, Automation etc.
