崗位職責(zé)及目標(biāo)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)在醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)領(lǐng)域與多方合作伙伴建立并維護(hù)長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系,推動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)合作項(xiàng)目的落地與發(fā)展; 2. 深入了解健康險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)、政策環(huán)境與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),挖掘醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的潛在合作機(jī)會(huì),制定并實(shí)施有效的商務(wù)拓展策略; 3. 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源,保障醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)合作項(xiàng)目順利推進(jìn),及時(shí)解決項(xiàng)目中出現(xiàn)的各類問題,確保項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)高質(zhì)量達(dá)成; 4. 對(duì)合作項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行效果分析與復(fù)盤,提煉經(jīng)驗(yàn)并持續(xù)優(yōu)化合作模式,為后續(xù)醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)商務(wù)合作提供參考與支持; 5. 參與制定部門在醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)方向的商務(wù)合作戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,結(jié)合行業(yè)洞察提出建設(shè)性意見,助力業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
任職要求
1. 教育背景 · 學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷,健康保險(xiǎn)、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、金融、經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) · 具備5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品合作、渠道拓展、供應(yīng)鏈管理或商務(wù)合作等領(lǐng)域的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn); 3. 能力要求: · 商務(wù)談判:具備出色的商務(wù)談判能力,能獨(dú)立主導(dǎo)醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)合作項(xiàng)目的多方洽談與簽約; · 供應(yīng)鏈管理:熟悉醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)相關(guān)服務(wù)及供應(yīng)鏈管理流程,能有效優(yōu)化合作結(jié)構(gòu)并提升效率; · 項(xiàng)目管理:具備較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目管理能力,能獨(dú)立規(guī)劃、執(zhí)行并監(jiān)控中大型醫(yī)療健康險(xiǎn)合作項(xiàng)目; · 溝通協(xié)調(diào):擁有優(yōu)秀的跨部門、跨機(jī)構(gòu)溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能與內(nèi)外部合作伙伴建立高效協(xié)同關(guān)系; 4. 基本素質(zhì) · 專業(yè)素養(yǎng):具備扎實(shí)的健康險(xiǎn)及醫(yī)療保障相關(guān)知識(shí),能敏銳把握行業(yè)動(dòng)向,提供符合市場(chǎng)需求的解決方案。

Job Responsibilities & Objectives
1. Establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships with various partners in the health insurance field, and promote the implementation and development of health insurance-related business cooperation projects.
2. Conduct in-depth research on health insurance market dynamics, policy environment, and development trends; identify potential cooperation opportunities within the health insurance industry chain; formulate and implement effective business development strategies.
3. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth progress of health insurance cooperation projects, promptly resolve various issues that arise during projects, and ensure high-quality achievement of project objectives.
4. Analyze and review the effectiveness of cooperation projects, summarize experiences, and continuously optimize cooperation models to provide reference and support for subsequent health insurance business collaborations.
5. Participate in formulating the department's strategic plan for health insurance business cooperation, provide constructive suggestions based on industry insights, and support the sustained and healthy development of the business.
Qualifications
1. Educational Background
· Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Health Insurance, Medical Insurance, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
2. Work Experience
· 5 years+ of relevant work experience, with substantial experience in health insurance product cooperation, channel expansion, supply chain management, or business cooperation.
3. Competency Requirements:
· Business Negotiation: Strong business negotiation skills, capable of independently leading multi-party discussions and contract signings for health insurance cooperation projects.
· Supply Chain Management: Familiar with health insurance-related services and supply chain management processes, able to effectively optimize cooperation structures and improve efficiency.
· Project Management: Strong project management skills, capable of independently planning, executing, and monitoring medium to large health insurance cooperation projects.
· Communication & Coordination: Excellent cross-departmental and cross-organizational communication and coordination skills, able to establish efficient collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
4. Basic Qualities:
· Professional Competence: Solid knowledge of health insurance and medical protection, with a keen ability to grasp industry trends and provide market-driven solutions.
