1. Execute project subcontracting strategy, organize subcontracting bidding
and commercial clarification.
2. Review vender’s pre-qualification and track subcontracting plan, make sure subcontracting activities are performed in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
3. Manage subcontract risk and resolve Change Orders with its proper documentation.
4. Resolve Claims and disputes.
5. Assistant in the updating of cost forecasts input and monitors risk to project including regular reporting.
6. Coordinate all tendering activities from tendering to contract award.
7. Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company.
要求:
10 years relevant experience in offshore or plant construction or marine industry preferably with 4-5 years in procurement/materials management including subcontracts administration. Skillful at EPC project management, FIDIC terms and subcontracting management, with strong team manage ability and practical in deal with complex issues.
