工作職責：
1) Investigate and understand product demand（調查并了解產(chǎn)品需求）
2) Conduct acoustic part selection and evaluation（進行聲學部件的選擇和評估）
3) Develop test plan document（制定測試計劃文檔）
4) Discuss with software, DSP, EE and mechanics in order to provide the complete Acoustic design（與軟件、DSP、EE、力學等方面進行討論，提供完整的聲學設計方案）
5) Communicate with customers for product requirement（與客戶溝通產(chǎn)品需求）
6) Acoustic team building and training（聲學團隊建設和培訓）
7) Take lead to develop headphone, speakers and other audio and communication product（主導開發(fā)耳機、音箱等音頻通訊產(chǎn)品）
8) Sort out test data and result, issue reports（整理測試數(shù)據(jù)和結果，出具報告）
9) Assist in making product test jigs or system（協(xié)助制作產(chǎn)品測試夾具或系統(tǒng)）
10) Support the production line or laboratory to ensure the smooth progress of each trial production and test（支持生產(chǎn)線或實驗室，確保每次試制和測試的順利進行）
崗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Acoustic / Electronics, with more than 6years of working experience（電子專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，6年以上工作經(jīng)歷）
2. Good knowledge of acoustic theory, strong acoustic simulation and design capability（具有良好的聲學理論知識，有較強的聲學和設計能力）
3. Skillfully use various instruments for acoustic product analysis and tunning（熟練應用各種聲學儀器進行產(chǎn)品分析和調試）
4. Better to use one or more kinds of mechanical design software for 2D drawing （熟練使用1種或多種軟件進行2D 圖繪制）
5. Good document writing ability（有良好的文檔書寫能力）
6. Good skill about written and oral English（良好的英語書面和口語能力）
