KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Retail Marketing and the Retail Marketing team, including calendar management, meeting arrangements and daily coordination.
? Coordinate with internal departments, cross-functional teams and Marketing teams of individual Retail Mall (MOs) to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
? Organize and support monthly meetings (online/offline), including agenda preparation, meeting coordination, logistics
support and post-meeting follow-up.
? Prepare clear and structured meeting minutes in English and/or Chinese, accurately capturing key discussions, decisions and action points.
? Collect, consolidate and organize marketing-related materials and reports as required, including but not limited to campaign plan, annual budgets, strategic papers and marketing plans from Retail MOs.
? Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documentation based on business and management needs.
? Support RM department budget administration, including budget tracking, preparation of purchase orders and payment requisitions.
? Liaise with external parties such as agencies, vendors and service providers when required.
? Maintain organized records, databases and documentation for the department.
? Perform other duties commensurate with this position as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
? 2–4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in retail, shopping mall, property or marketing-related fields.
? Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; able to work in a bilingual business environment.
? Good organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
? Solid business understanding and logical thinking ability.
? Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Proactive, responsible and able to work independently under pressure.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
