崗位職責(zé):
1、Study the various business processes and scenarios in Provide continuous improvement on the core algorithms and models.

2、Build up data science and machine learning team, to support the urging business need in the fast-growing environment, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes.
搭建數(shù)據(jù)分析和機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)團(tuán)隊(duì)，支持快速增長(zhǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)需要，提升業(yè)務(wù)流程的執(zhí)行效率
3、Follow and study the most recent advances in the AI community and improve our existing solutions continuously.
跟進(jìn)業(yè)內(nèi)前沿問(wèn)題和最新研究進(jìn)展，并且結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景改進(jìn)效果。
任職要求:
1、3+ years professional experience with Master
s degree and above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
碩士三年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)以上，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、軟件工程或相關(guān)學(xué)科
2、Solid understanding of major machine learning algorithms (including classic machine learning and deep learning). Capable of translating the business problem into data science problem and improving the solution along with the use case scenarios.
精通各類(lèi)機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)算法（包括經(jīng)典的機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)算法和深度學(xué)習(xí)），擁有對(duì)實(shí)際問(wèn)題做個(gè)性化建模的能力，并能結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行改進(jìn)
3、Deep knowledge about at least one major deep learning framework (TensorFlow / PyTorch etc.)
深入了解至少一種深度學(xué)習(xí)編程框架（TensorFlow/Pytorch/其它）
4、Solid computer science foundation and programming skills in Java, Python and R

5、Good implementation skills and be able to deliver Proof of Concept along with agile development process.

6、Good communication skill and team work, upright working attitude and special attention to high quality
