崗位職責(zé):
1. 市場開拓與渠道管理:負(fù)責(zé)指定國際市場區(qū)域的市場開拓,制定并執(zhí)行市場發(fā)展計劃,建立并管理銷售渠道,確保公司產(chǎn)品在區(qū)域內(nèi)的市場占有率。
2. 銷售目標(biāo)達(dá)成:根據(jù)公司年度銷售目標(biāo),制定并執(zhí)行區(qū)域銷售計劃,確保達(dá)成或超額完成銷售指標(biāo)。
3. 客戶關(guān)系管理:定期拜訪重要客戶,維護(hù)并鞏固與現(xiàn)有客戶的合作關(guān)系,持續(xù)發(fā)掘新客戶,擴(kuò)大客戶群體。
4. 市場調(diào)研與分析:收集并分析目標(biāo)市場的競爭情況、客戶需求和市場趨勢,提供有價值的市場洞察和建議,協(xié)助公司制定營銷策略。
5. 團(tuán)隊管理與培訓(xùn):領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并激勵區(qū)域內(nèi)銷售團(tuán)隊,負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊成員的培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展,提升團(tuán)隊整體銷售能力和專業(yè)水平。
6. 品牌推廣與市場活動:策劃并參與區(qū)域內(nèi)的品牌推廣活動和市場營銷活動,提升公司品牌的知名度和美譽(yù)度。
7. 跨部門協(xié)作:與公司內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門緊密合作,確保銷售計劃順利執(zhí)行,及時解決銷售過程中遇到的問題。
8. 完成上級交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
崗位要求:
1. 教育背景:本科及以上學(xué)歷,生物、化學(xué)、食品或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):有國際銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮。
3. 語言能力:英語六級或以上,具備優(yōu)秀的英語口語和書面溝通能力,熟悉其他外語者優(yōu)先。
4. 銷售技能:具備較強(qiáng)的市場分析能力、客戶開發(fā)能力和談判技巧,能夠獨(dú)立開拓和管理國際市場。
5. 管理能力:有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,能夠有效激勵和培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊成員。
6. 結(jié)果導(dǎo)向:具備高度的責(zé)任感和目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向,能夠在壓力下工作并實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)。

International Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Development and Channel Management: Responsible for market expansion in the designated international region, developing and executing market development plans, establishing and managing sales channels, and ensuring the market share of the company's products in the region.
2. Achieving Sales Targets: Formulate and execute regional sales plans based on the company's annual sales targets, ensuring the achievement or exceeding of sales goals.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Regularly visit key clients, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, continuously explore new customers, and expand the customer base.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Collect and analyze the competitive landscape, customer needs, and market trends in the target market, providing valuable market insights and suggestions to assist the company in formulating marketing strategies.
5. Team Management and Training: Lead and motivate the regional sales team, responsible for the training and development of team members, enhancing the overall sales capability and professional level of the team.
6. Brand Promotion and Market Activities: Plan and participate in brand promotion and marketing activities in the region, increasing the brand's visibility and reputation.
7. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with relevant internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales plans and promptly resolve any issues encountered during the sales process.
8. Other Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: International sales experience is preferred.
3. Language Skills: CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above, with excellent spoken and written English communication skills; proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.
4. Sales Skills: Strong market analysis, customer development, and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently develop and manage international markets.
5. Management Skills: Strong team management and leadership abilities, with the capability to effectively motivate and develop team members.
6. Result-oriented: Highly responsible and goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure and achieving sales targets.
7. Adaptability: Willingness to travel internationally and the ability to communicate effectively across cultures, working well with clients and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
