Essential Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing:?Develop and implement sourcing strategies
for electronic components to ensure supply continuity, cost optimization
& competitiveness, support on year-over-year cost down strategies
definition and deployment globally and specifically in one region
- Align and drive various internal
stakeholders (Engineering, SQM, PM, Supply Chain, Sales) on strategy
definition for electronic components, ability to formulate on an
electronic component strategy
- Supplier Management:?Identify, evaluate, and manage a global
network of suppliers. Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms.
Ability to strategically engage with electronic component manufacturers,
evaluate their innovation roadmap and eagerness to engage win deals with IEE
- Monitor/mitigate Suppliers Risks (geopolitical,
financial, supply chain resiliency)
- Drive electronic components long-term deals
supporting divisional year-over year price reduction and strategic global
agreements - Experience needed with active components.
- Familiarity with
both active and passive components?
- Awareness of?obsolete and end-of-life (EOL)?component risks
and lifecycle management.
- Market Analysis:?Monitor market trends, component
availability, and pricing developments to anticipate risks and
opportunities and pro-actively share on market information to internal
stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:?Work closely with
engineering, R&D, quality, and production teams to align purchasing
strategies with technical and operational requirements.
- Cost Management:?Drive cost reduction initiatives through
value analysis, supplier consolidation, and alternative sourcing.
- Cybersecurity roadmap understanding
- Risk Mitigation:?Develop contingency plans and manage
supply chain risks, including geopolitical, logistical, and
quality-related issues.
Educational Background
· Bachelor’s degrees in engineering, Economics,
Supplier Chain Management or similar
Technical Skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in Project Purchasing or Category
Management for Purchasing in an international automotive company - Good understanding of automotive electrical/electronic product
- Be familiar with some manufacturing processes in automotive
industry - Solid skills in cost estimation
- Strong knowledge of electronic components (e.g., semiconductors,
PCBs, connectors, microcontrollers, crystal, semi-active and passive
components). - Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage strategically with electronic
components
Language Skills
- English reading and writing ability. CET 4/6 is preferred
IT Skills
Soft Skill
- Experience supporting sites/regions yearly action plans deployments
and global strategy background experience on electronic components and
cross-functional teams - Successful experience deploying distribution agreements with key
e-component distributors - Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills

-供應(yīng)商管理:發(fā)掘、評(píng)估并管理全球供應(yīng)商網(wǎng)絡(luò);主導(dǎo)價(jià)格、合同及條款談判;能夠與電子元器件制造商開展戰(zhàn)略性合作,評(píng)估其創(chuàng)新路線圖,推動(dòng)其積極與 IEE 達(dá)成合作。
-監(jiān)控并降低供應(yīng)商風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(地緣政治、財(cái)務(wù)、供應(yīng)鏈韌性相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn))。
-推動(dòng)電子元器件長期合作項(xiàng)目落地,助力實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域性年度降價(jià)目標(biāo),達(dá)成全球化戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。 -具備有源元器件相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 熟悉有源及無源元器件。
- 具備識(shí)別元器件淘汰與停產(chǎn)(EOL)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的意識(shí),掌握元器件生命周期管理方法。
- 市場分析:監(jiān)控市場趨勢、元器件供應(yīng)情況及價(jià)格動(dòng)態(tài),預(yù)判潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與機(jī)遇,并主動(dòng)向內(nèi)部相關(guān)方分享市場信息。

教育背景
- 工學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、供應(yīng)鏈管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位
專業(yè)技能
- 具備3 年以上國際汽車企業(yè)項(xiàng)目采購或采購品類管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- 深入理解汽車電子電器類產(chǎn)品
- 熟悉汽車行業(yè)部分生產(chǎn)制造流程
- 掌握扎實(shí)的成本核算能力
- 精通各類電子元器件(如半導(dǎo)體、印刷電路板、連接器、微控制器、晶體、半有源及無源元器件)
