1. 顧客服務(wù):熱情迎接顧客,介紹每日特價或新品,解答疑問,并高效完成點(diǎn)單與收款。
2. 飲品制作:熟練操作咖啡設(shè)備,包括咖啡豆的研磨、咖啡與茶的沖泡,確保每一杯飲品的品質(zhì)與口感。
3. 環(huán)境維護(hù):保持工作區(qū)與用餐區(qū)的整潔,及時補(bǔ)充物料,清理垃圾并對設(shè)備與器具進(jìn)行消毒。
4. 展示更新:定期更新標(biāo)牌與展示內(nèi)容,以吸引顧客并提升品牌形象。
5. 庫存管理:定期盤點(diǎn)并補(bǔ)充展示柜、餐桌及柜臺內(nèi)的物品,確保物料充足。
6. 合規(guī)操作:嚴(yán)格遵守食品安全法規(guī)與質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保顧客的用餐安全與滿意度。
任職要求
1. 經(jīng)驗要求:至少1-3年食品與飲品制作經(jīng)驗,具備專業(yè)咖啡背景者優(yōu)先。
2. 咖啡熱情:對咖啡充滿熱情,能夠生動講述咖啡豆的故事,并持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)咖啡相關(guān)知識。
