Responsibilities ? Performing administrative activities across different HR processes like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes including but not limiting to: o Processing data changes in the HRIS and Perform mass data uploads. o Generating documents/offers/paperwork according to the case/ticket. o Responding to employee queries o Manage cases on the case management tool. o Coordinate with multiple third parties and vendors. o Validate data correctness and approvals as per case/ticket. o Calculate and settle standard & complex benefits. o Manage and administer Open Enrolment cycle. o Manage Leave of Absence Impacts o Manage reporting across Hire to Retire processes. o Supporting in User acceptance testing o Manage Localization, repatriation, and assignment extension in accordance with SOPs. o Manage training schedules and enrolments. o Manage and support Time & attendance transactions processing and corrections. o Manage payroll inputs and zero to gross processing. o Payroll processing and disbursement o Payroll reporting and reconciliation and validation o Source/Screen and Shortlist candidates as per defined job requirements and requisitions management. o Conduct reference checks. o Evaluate HR function performance and conduct research on basis industry standards. o Perform various employee data analysis and linking with talent management. o Publish analytics dashboards for senior HR stakeholders.
