Your main duties
? Application of Human Factors and Ergonomics at all phases of development, from concept definition through to design and testing
? Planning and execution of formative and summative user-centered research studies into areas such as: human behavior, cognitive performance, physiological condition, user comfort and experience, usability
? Application of qualitative and quantitative user testing methods in simulated and real-world environments
? Design of human factors methods and techniques applicable to the development of future vehicles and other transport solutions
? Creation of user level specifications of products and systems based upon insights from studies around human needs
? Development and implementation of extensive evaluation programs for testing of user interactions with autonomous driving systems
? Collaborating with clients and partners for work on multi-stakeholder projects
Customer engagement & On-site Support:
? Travel frequently to customer R&D facilities to provide technical advisory, function confirmation, compliance verification with international automotive safety protocols, and deliver specialized trainings
? Conduct technical workshops and training sessions on testing procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Profile
Profile (the following will be highly appreciated):
? Experience of applying human factors, ergonomics, and usability techniques and methods
? Previous involvement in product design and development, automotive industry is a plus
? Previous involvement in user research studies and testing, automotive industry is a plus
? Strong ability to articulate ideas and findings through presentations and technical documentation / reports
? Good verbal communication and team working skills with the capability to work in a dynamic environment
? Autonomy and willingness to learn and research about users of mobility products and systems
Education
? University studies in human factors, psychology, cognitive sciences, ergonomics, user experience design, product / industrial design, or equivalent field.
Languages
? Fluent in English
