Qualification:
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Recruitment Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting, with a solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and best practices.
Tech-Savvy Mindset: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing is a plus.
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to make informed hiring decisions.
Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to partner with hiring managers, engage candidates, and collaborate effectively across teams.
