崗位職責(zé):
The Business Risk and Resilience (BRR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management.
The BRR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management.
1. Prepare and deliver accurate and timely Management Information (MI) reports that support all operations functions under FCS (Collection, Fraud, underwriting and Bureau).
2. Oversee the ongoing monitoring of risk exposures, ensuring all activities align with established risk limits and appetite.
3. Apply data analytics tools to analyze, review, and present risk and MIS reports, providing clear visualizations and actionable insights for senior management.
4. Enhance and maintain reporting frameworks, continuously improving the efficiency and clarity of risk data presentation.
5. Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure all relevant data and Management Information are available, supporting smooth and effective operational processes.

任職要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Quantitative Analysis, Data Science, statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience in SAS programming, SQL, Python.
3. Visualizations tools knowledge like Qlik Sense, Tableau or Looker Studio tools is an added advantage.
4. Experience in credit lifecycle or fraud control is desirable.
5. Experience in delivering MI projects with different stakeholders.
6. Effective communication, interpersonal, influence and negotiating skills.
7. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.
