Job Description:
1. Communicates with clients during customer service issues by investigating root cause, providing regular updates on status of issue and following through to resolution.
2. Maintain Client information on company’s platform on time; Collaborates with IT team to reporting platforms issues / challenges and understand the system enhancements.
3. Keep a good relationship with clients, Executes ongoing maintenance of setting up and reactivating closed accounts for the sales teams within the database.
4. Making Client annual or quarterly report after distribution and explain the reports to clients.
5. Examines current CR processes to identify and implement new opportunities for enhancement, improve expediency, enhance overall client satisfaction.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree (or above) ;Minimum 3 years of experience
2. Advanced oral and written in English
3. Solid time management, attention to detail and organization skills. Adaptable and flexible with an ability to respond to changing work priorities, pressures and demands.

1. 維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,為公司客戶提供完整準(zhǔn)確的咨詢服務(wù)及信息,解決客戶問題,提高客戶滿意度;
2. 及時更新客戶服務(wù)內(nèi)容;維護(hù)客戶稿件發(fā)布平臺;執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的工作;
3. 與客戶保持良好的互動,積極主動拜訪客戶,搜集客戶需求,處理客戶投訴,與客戶保持良好的溝通;
4. 認(rèn)真完成經(jīng)理分配的工作,整理發(fā)布案例,制作發(fā)布報告等;
5. 保證平臺的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確,積極參與各平臺的整合,提升部門工作效率。
任職要求:
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷,3年以上工作經(jīng)驗,有客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗者或者金融財經(jīng)行業(yè)背景的優(yōu)先;
2.熟練使用office 辦公軟件,PPT操作熟練;
3.良好的英語聽說讀寫基礎(chǔ),大學(xué)英語四級以上;
4.耐心,責(zé)任心強,具有較好的團(tuán)隊合作精神和執(zhí)行力;
