Accountabilities: 1.Strategy Development - Develop and implement internal communication strategies that support the Servier China objectives and enhance employee engagement. - Align internal communication plans with overall corporate communication strategies. 2.Content Creation - Create and manage content for company’s communication channels, including newsletters, emails, website and social media platforms. - Ensure all content is clear, engaging, and aligned with the company’s tone and messaging. 3.Employee Engagement - Organize and manage annual meetings, town halls, and employee meetings to foster a positive organizational culture. - Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. 4.Change Management - Support change management initiatives by providing clear and effective communication to employees regarding organizational changes, new policies, and other significant updates. - Work with HR and other departments to ensure smooth communication during transitions. 5.Leadership Support - Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and deliver key messages to the employees. - Provide communication support and training to leaders to enhance their communication skills. 6.Crisis Communication - Develop and implement internal crisis communication plans to ensure timely and accurate information is conveyed during emergencies. Knowledge/ Academic Qualification: ? Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Skills: ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. ? Experience in change management and employee engagement initiatives. ? Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment. ? Familiarity with internal communication measurement tools and techniques. Experience: ? Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Competency: ? Strong project management and organizational skills. ? Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. ? Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms. ?
