Job responsibilities (listed in order of importance) : 1. Manage daily issues of pricing and quotes. 2. Handling RFQs and issue binding quotations 3. Establish strong relationship with OEM customers 4. Develop and manage strategies for China OEM markets 5. Review needs and recommend product application to customers 6. Handle and manage the need for new product development 7. Responsible for negotiating with OEM customers 8. Responsible for preparation for negotiations; accountable for assigned accounts 9. Ensure margins are adequate 10. Ensure pricing is implemented at proper time 11. Review and in charge of contract documentation 12. In charge of accounts receivable 13. Develop and manage loyalty rebate program 14. Build/Promote Oregon brand awareness and manage co-branding with OEM customers. 15. Responsible for OEM sales results 16. Perform various profitability analysis 17. Prepare sales and expense budgets 18. In charge of competitive analysis 19. Manage the forecast/projection cycles 20. Standardize, coordinate, monitor and communicate the business segment and OEM sales plans and operating policies 21. Coordinate technical projects that impact OEMs 22. Act as liaison between customer, engineering and marketing for new product development 23. Review data to ensure best pricing, sales results, efficient budget 24. Participate in regular meetings with OEMs to assess opportunities for improvement 25. Participate/ conduct exhibitions, tradeshows and co-sponsor OEM events. 26. Participate actively in open communication and teamwork with all Oregon Tool team members in all locations both formal and informal documents Qualifications/requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on marketing, business administration, management, engineering, or related discipline is required or equivalent experience 2. Seven to eight years of relevant sales experience with proven record of growing sales results with global industrial or manufacturing company of consumer goods 3. Excellent presentation skills for internal and external audiences 4. Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional and quality manner 5. Solve problems analytically; search out relevant information and gauge its importance when making decisions 6. Effective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms 7. Proficiency in English is required 8. Creative thinker 9. Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed 10. Set a good example of personal integrity 11. Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn; seek out development activities to improve skills and increase knowledge; learn from other team members and own mistakes 12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred) 13. Available to travel up to 50% of the time, domestic and international travel
