崗位職責(zé):
1. Responsible for the personnel process of overseas staffs, including the review of entry and exit process documents, the employee badges making, and the collection and filing of employment contracts.
負責(zé)外籍人員人事流程處理,包括:入離職流程文件審核,工牌制作、發(fā)放,員工的勞動合同收集歸檔。
2. Support and coordinate the quarterly meetings of overseas subsidiaries, including notification, report collection and other related collaborative work.
支持業(yè)務(wù)部門海外子公司季度會議的召開,包括通知,報告收集和其他相關(guān)協(xié)同工作。
3. Responsible for the collection attendance, performance and salary data of the subsidiary, monthly salary check, and collaborative payroll process processing.
負責(zé)子公司考勤、績效、薪酬數(shù)據(jù)收集及整理,月度薪酬審核,協(xié)同支付流程處理.
4. Regularly collected new trends of local laws and regulations of overseas subsidiaries, collected, sorted out and fed back to superiors.
定期收集海外子公司當(dāng)?shù)胤煞ㄒ?guī)的新動向,收集梳理及反饋上級。
5. Monthly subsidiary operating data consolidation, (including sales performance, per capita efficiency, personnel structure and other data analysis);
月度子公司運營績效報表數(shù)據(jù)收集整理:包括銷售業(yè)績、人均效能、人員結(jié)構(gòu)等數(shù)據(jù)分析;
6. Support foreign staff qualification activities, including notification, key point promotion, work flow distribution, supervision, implementation process problems and results landing application.
支持外籍員工任職資格活動,包括通知,關(guān)鍵點的宣導(dǎo),作業(yè)流程的下發(fā),監(jiān)督、實施過程的問題及結(jié)果落地運用。
7. Develop cultural exchange platform (promote the implementation of WeChat tweets and cultural integration activities enhance the influence of the company
s local brand and the cohesion of overseas employees)
推動文化平臺建設(shè)(微信推文,總部文化融合活動推進實施,提升公司當(dāng)?shù)仄放朴绊懥昂M鈫T工凝聚力)
8.To support the manager to promote key policies in each of location. to develop training courses according to the needs of the business end, and conduct training implementation, evaluation and optimization through online & offline channels.
對分子公司關(guān)鍵政策宣導(dǎo)培訓(xùn),根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)端需求開發(fā)對應(yīng)課程并通過線上&線下渠道進行培訓(xùn)實施,評估、優(yōu)化。
任職要求:
1. 1-3 years working experience in employee relations/recruitment/salary/performance (excellent fresh graduates is considered)
有員工關(guān)系/招聘/薪酬/績效模塊工作經(jīng)驗者 1-3年工作經(jīng)驗(優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆生可以考慮)
2. Strong sense of responsibility and principle, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and cross-cultural communication skills
具備極強的責(zé)任心和原則性,良好的人際溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力,跨文化溝通交流能力
3. English oral language skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing are preferred.
具備英語郵件讀寫能力,具備一般的聽說能力。
