Responsibilities Mainly help prepare HK & GC partners monthly payrolls and assist managers / senior manager / director of Partner Matters team on ad hoc projects 1 Prepare Mobility partners and Equity partners payroll 2 Prepare Remittance forms for payment made by China firm to expatriate partners 3 Update Partners data (eg bank account, new joined partners info) in PPS 4 Prepare Payroll JVs 5 Prepare monthly reconciliation 6 Upload off cycle payments to PPS 7 Review Monthly PRC IIT reports 8 Others a Prepare payment requisition forms to DL for partners' medical check up b Prepare monthly MPF forms to HK Talent team c Answer partners/secretaries queries d Testing on payroll system (PPS) e Reconciliation partners current account balance between statutory & mgt book Job Requirements: 1 Min. 2-3 years' experience 2 Previous experience in payroll is highly desirable 3 Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft HR System is an advantage 4 Good command of both English (written and spoken) and Chinese (Spoken only) 5 Strong sense of responsibility and strive for continuous improvement 6 Quick learner, detail-minded, organized and independent.
