企業(yè)客戶合規(guī)性主管小商品企業(yè)服務(wù)
主要職責(zé)
-為更廣泛的合規(guī)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供行政支持。
與供應(yīng)商和營(yíng)銷團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,為第三方測(cè)試協(xié)調(diào)樣品。
-根據(jù)英國(guó)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的要求制定測(cè)試報(bào)價(jià)。考慮產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品目的地和客戶期望
-領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并監(jiān)督第三方實(shí)驗(yàn)室的測(cè)試過程。
-與內(nèi)部和外部利益相關(guān)者合作,有效監(jiān)督執(zhí)行情況。
-支持內(nèi)部利益相關(guān)者,與供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào)解決質(zhì)量相關(guān)問題。
-協(xié)助合規(guī)經(jīng)理整理每周審核員出差計(jì)劃,最大限度地?cái)U(kuò)大審核范圍。
-使用 NAVEX 創(chuàng)建月度報(bào)告,以監(jiān)控審核到期日、認(rèn)證到期日、入職狀態(tài)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪問要求等。
-協(xié)助收集客戶信息要求的數(shù)據(jù)。
-與營(yíng)銷團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,維護(hù)并更新客戶合規(guī)要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
-與采購(gòu)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,管理并更新客戶門戶賬戶、工廠和第三方聯(lián)系名單上的所有合規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)庫。
-直接主管指派的臨時(shí)任務(wù)。
個(gè)人要求:
基本要求
具有玩具、季節(jié)性產(chǎn)品和硬線產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)知識(shí),英國(guó)或歐盟市場(chǎng)
具有英國(guó)/歐盟法規(guī)方面的知識(shí),如 REACH、EUDR、EN71
具有與第三方實(shí)驗(yàn)室合作并對(duì)其進(jìn)行監(jiān)督的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
具有出色的 IT 技能
具有獨(dú)立工作能力,工作細(xì)致,具有出色的解決問題的能力和主動(dòng)性。
能夠用英語、普通話和廣東話進(jìn)行交流
優(yōu)先考慮:
學(xué)位持有者,至少 2 年采購(gòu)和/或采購(gòu)辦公室工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
具備歐共體型式檢驗(yàn)、CE 認(rèn)證和英國(guó)認(rèn)可委員會(huì)(UKCA)方面的知識(shí)者優(yōu)先。
具有與工廠協(xié)調(diào)解決問題的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
了解化學(xué)品、混合物和物質(zhì)(REACH、SVHC、MSDS)。
偶爾需要在國(guó)內(nèi)出差。
KEY RESPONSIBLILIES:
·Provide administrative support to the wider Compliance team.
Collaborate with suppliers and merchandising team to co-ordinate samples for third party testing.
·Develop test quotes based on briefs from UK technical team. Considering; product design, product destination and customer expectations
·Lead and monitor test process with third party labs.
·Lead corrective action process for testing failures with suppliers, working with internal & external stakeholders to monitor execution effectively.
·Support internal stakeholders & coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality related issues.
·Assist the Compliance Manager in collating the weekly auditor travel schedule to maximise audit coverage.
·Use NAVEX to create monthly reports to monitor such things as audit expiry dates, certification expiry dates, onboarding status, site visit requirements, etc.
·Assist with gathering data for customer information requests.
·Collaborate with the Merchandising Team to maintain and update customer compliance requirements and standards.
·Collaborate with the Merchandising Team to manage and update all the compliance database on customer portal accounts, factories, and third-party contact list.
·Ad-hoc task assigned by direct supervisor.
INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
Technical knowledge of Toys, Seasonal and Hardline product UK, or EU markets
Knowledge in UK/EU regulations, e.g., REACH, EUDR, EN71
Experience of working with and monitoring third party labs
Excellent IT skills
Ability to work independently, meticulous, excellent problem-solving skills and initiative-taking.
Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Desirable:
Degree holder with min 2 years working experiences in sourcing and/or buying office.
Knowledge in EC type examination, CE approval and UKCA is a plus.
Experience in coordinating with factories to resolve issues.
Understanding of chemicals, mixtures, and substances (REACH, SVHC, MSDS).
Occasional travel within China may be required.
