【主要職責(zé)】【 Main Responsibilities 】

Develop equipment maintenance SOPs; train production operators to perform effective
preventive maintenance tasks.
4. 規(guī)范設(shè)備維修安全作業(yè)流程，確保維修作業(yè)安全、規(guī)范、高效；
Standardize safe equipment repair procedures to ensure repair work is safe, compliant,
and efficient.
5. 建立合理的設(shè)備設(shè)施備件清單，確保高效的維修周期。
Establish a reasonable spare parts inventory for equipment and facilities to ensure
efficient repair cycles.
6. 提出設(shè)備機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)或電氣系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)方案并推動落地；
Propose and drive the implementation of optimization and improvement plans for
equipment mechanical structures or electrical systems.
7. 建立設(shè)備故障停機(jī)時間量化管理機(jī)制，推進(jìn) OEE 持續(xù)改善；
Establish a quantitative management mechanism for equipment downtime; promote
continuous OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement.
8. 協(xié)同 EHS 工程師定期開展設(shè)備設(shè)施安全風(fēng)險識別及整改，確保符合安全；
Collaborate with EHS engineers to conduct regular safety risk identification and
rectification for equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and
standards.
9. 推進(jìn)工廠設(shè)備設(shè)施電、氣能耗及油液消耗優(yōu)化改善工作；
Promote optimization and improvement initiatives for electricity, gas consumption, and
lubricant usage of factory equipment and facilities.
10. 參與新項目設(shè)備方案制定及后期的設(shè)備驗收工作；
Participate in formulating equipment plans for new projects and the subsequent
equipment acceptance process.
11. 建立及維護(hù)工廠設(shè)備設(shè)施臺賬及設(shè)備布局更新，定期進(jìn)行設(shè)備使用狀態(tài)評；
Establish and maintain factory equipment/facility ledgers and update equipment layouts;
conduct regular assessments of equipment operating status.
12. 制定工廠的供電、供氣設(shè)施的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計劃并敦促執(zhí)行，監(jiān)控設(shè)施負(fù)載狀態(tài)；
Develop maintenance plans for factory power supply and gas supply facilities, ensuring
execution; monitor facility load status.
13. 指導(dǎo)維修技術(shù)員執(zhí)行 5S 管理工作，確保一個整潔舒適的工作環(huán)境；
Guide maintenance technicians in implementing 5S management to ensure a clean, tidy,
and comfortable working environment.
14. 以上維修及維護(hù)的設(shè)備包括但不限于臥車、立車、臥加、立加、插齒機(jī)、滾齒機(jī)、
剃齒機(jī)、刮齒機(jī)、磨齒機(jī)、桁架機(jī)械手、機(jī)器人、清洗機(jī)、裝配線、噴涂線等； The equipment covered by the above maintenance and repair includes but is not limited
to: Horizontal Lathes, Vertical Lathes, Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs), Vertical
Machining Centers (VMCs), Gear Shapers, Gear Hobbing Machines, Gear Shavers, Gear
Skiving Machines, Gear Grinders, Gantry Manipulators, Robots, Washing Machines,
Assembly Lines, Painting Lines, etc.
15. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他臨時事務(wù)；

【任職要求】【 Job Requirements 】
1. 年齡要求 30 歲至 45 歲。

mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
6. 熟悉西門子、發(fā)那科、Mazak 數(shù)控系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備機(jī)電故障診斷維修經(jīng)驗；
Familiar with Siemens, Fanuc, and Mazak CNC systems; experienced in diagnosing and
repairing electromechanical faults.
7. 自動線 PLC、HMI 程序調(diào)試及機(jī)電故障診斷維修經(jīng)驗；
Experience in PLC and HMI program debugging for automated lines, and
diagnosing/repairing electromechanical faults.
8. 能夠指導(dǎo)維修技術(shù)員開展設(shè)備維修及預(yù)防維護(hù)工作；
Capable of guiding maintenance technicians in equipment repair and preventive maintenance
activities.
9. 具備預(yù)防性維護(hù)體系搭建及設(shè)備改善項目推進(jìn)經(jīng)驗；
Experience in establishing preventive maintenance systems and driving equipment
improvement projects.
10. 持有國家認(rèn)證的高壓、低壓電工操作證；
Hold nationally certified High Voltage and Low Voltage Electrician Operation Certificates.
11. 讀懂專業(yè)設(shè)備電氣英文資料；
Able to read professional English electrical documents of equipment.
