職位描述
壓力測試JIRAMySQLPostmanJmeter
工作職責(zé)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)部門各系統(tǒng)測試工作，能夠獨立完成模塊的測試用例編寫，執(zhí)行功能測試、接口測試、性能測試等；
2. 跟蹤缺陷生命周期，推動開發(fā)團隊修復(fù)問題并驗證；
3. 參與需求評審，從測試角度提出風(fēng)險點與優(yōu)化建議；
4. 輸出測試報告，分析測試數(shù)據(jù)，推動產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。
5. 協(xié)助研發(fā)復(fù)現(xiàn)和定位線上問題，關(guān)注線上性能并提供優(yōu)化方案。
任職資格
- 技術(shù)能力：
1. 精通mysql、熟練掌握clickHouse、druid等常見數(shù)據(jù)庫使用。
2. 精通Postman、JMeter 或代碼實現(xiàn)接口自動化。
3. 熟悉測試流程，掌握常見測試方法，能夠獨立編寫測試用例。
4. 掌握LoadRunner、JMeter 進(jìn)行壓測與性能分析。
5. 了解常見測試工具（如 JIRA、禪道、飛書項目、Fiddler等）。
6. 了解持續(xù)集成（CI/CD）工具（如 Jenkins、GitLab CI）。
7. 邏輯清晰，能夠快速定位問題根源。
8. 學(xué)習(xí)能力強，能夠適應(yīng)快速迭代的敏捷開發(fā)模式。
9. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，三年以上測試經(jīng)驗，主導(dǎo)過復(fù)雜項目測試，具備自動化或性能測試經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
協(xié)同能力：
1. 具有責(zé)任心和團隊意識，能夠積極協(xié)調(diào)處理工作中遇到的問題；
2. 能夠與設(shè)計師、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理以及開發(fā)人員良好溝通和協(xié)作。
