工作內(nèi)容
1.Conduct market and technical research to identify top mature cleaning technologies for kitchen appliances.
開展市場與技術(shù)調(diào)研,識別適用于廚房家電的主流清潔技術(shù)。
2.Analyze grease management challenges in Chinese cooking environments and define product design requirements.
分析中式烹飪場景下的油脂管理難題,明確產(chǎn)品設(shè)計需求。
3.Study global innovations in related fields and translate insights into actionable design criteria.
研究相關(guān)領(lǐng)域全球創(chuàng)新案例,提煉可落地的設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4.Design 1+ detailed technical concepts or system architectures for clean-free cooker hood solutions, including cost estimates.
設(shè)計 1 項以上免清潔油煙機(jī)技術(shù)概念或系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),包含成本預(yù)估。
5.Prepare and present research findings and proposals to senior R&D leadership.
整理研究成果并向研發(fā)高層匯報方案。
崗位職責(zé)
1.Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related STEM fields.
機(jī)械工程、環(huán)境工程或相關(guān) 理工科專業(yè)碩士學(xué)歷。
2.Prior experience in home appliances, materials science, or fluid dynamics (preferred).
具備家電、材料科學(xué)或流體力學(xué)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(優(yōu)先)。
3.Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data.
較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析及復(fù)雜信息整合能力。
4.Familiarity with research methodologies (e.g., benchmarking, user research) and design thinking.
熟悉對標(biāo)分析、用戶調(diào)研等研究方法及設(shè)計思維。
5.Fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
中英文流利,適應(yīng)跨團(tuán)隊協(xié)作溝通。
