The Person Master's degree or above with analytic chemistry or instrumental engineering related majors More than 3 years of experience in instrumental analysis and related fields. Have an in-depth understanding of mechanism of mass spectrometry and spectroscopy, and relative operation experience. Have certain understanding of the mechanism of chromatographic instruments and some operation experience. Have strong learning ability and eager to study new chemistries and technologies Have good communication capability to help secure the resources needed in work and build good relationships within and cross departments. Strong in driving results. Could find out the bottleneck and equip proper methodology and tools to help both self and others solving the problems and fulfill customers’ demands.
