總賬稅務(wù)管理資金管理外企ACCACPA中國注冊會計師汽車研發(fā)/制造
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes for the corporate ledger of Gentherm.
? Owner of corporate ledger trial balance. Execute financial processes with quality and accuracy, improve business productivity and operations
? Review and approve account reconciliations and journal entries for the Corporate Ledger
? Business partner with HR to ensure accounting for payroll related functions are within U.S. GAAP guidelines and SOX compliant
? Participate in annual SOX compliance for the close

? Participate in annual SOX compliance for the close
? Provide financial support to business team for any new business project and new activities
? Provide ad hoc support for technical accounting.
? Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of various financial and business processes
? Integration with the treasury, tax and financial controlling and FP&A teams relating to various business and accounting topics
? Work directly with internal and external auditors to provide analyses and any required audit documentation necessary.
? Manufacture experience
? Participate in the implementation of new ERP system
? Provide ad hoc support for technical accounting.
? Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of various financial and business processes
? Integration with the treasury, tax and financial controlling and FP&A teams relating to various business and accounting topics
? Work directly with internal and external auditors to provide analyses and any required audit documentation necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
? Certified Public Accountant/ACCA
? Minimum of 5 years of public accounting and/or public company experience
? Ability to operate in SAP
? Lean expert or Six Sigma

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Big 4 audit experience
? High level of competence and proficiency in U.S. GAAP; China GAAP
? Knowledge of design and execution of internal controls
? Excellent organizational and analytical skills
? Process oriented with significant attention to detail
? Independently motivated to research and problem solve
? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
? Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
? Big 4 audit experience
