崗位職責(zé): 1、Provide support via phone and e-mail to distribution partners and installers on Hikvisio products efficiently and accurately. 2、Research andexplain possible solutions and/or alternatives; ensuring that clients feel supported and valued and their needs are addressed whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures. 3、Help and support with testing products; and report the results to your line manager. 4、Maintain and develop the company’s CRM system by insuring all data relating to customers and support tickets are accurate and up to date. 5、Attend regular training and meetings to maintain and expand knowledge and performance level. 6、Understand and strive to meet or exceed targets while providing excellent consistent customer service. 要求: 1、Fluent in Mandarin, Russian and English, both written and verbal. 2、Business trip to Ukraine. 3、A good team player who is able to work with other team members to achieve team targets. 4、Good communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to understand customers’ needs and meet their expectations. 5、Positive attitude towards work. 6、High integrity. 7、A demonstrable passion for Information Technology. 本崗位base杭州總部,出差烏克蘭,非常駐海外崗位。
