Major Responsibility主要工作職責(zé)
? Participate in the formulation and implementation of housekeeping policies and regulations. Update the workflow in daily work, improve the work efficiency of the department.
參與制定并執(zhí)行客房部的相關(guān)政策及規(guī)定,在日常工作中保持工作流的持續(xù)更新,提高部門的工作效率。
? Draw up the annual budget of the department and ensure the department operating expenses are controlled within the budget.
制定部門的年度預(yù)算,并確保部門的經(jīng)營(yíng)費(fèi)用控制在預(yù)算之內(nèi)。
? Organize and formulate department work procedure and work evaluation.
組織編制部門工作程序及工作考評(píng)。
? Supervise staff to comply with the rules and regulations, leads by example to work strictly in accordance with the specified operating procedures and service standards.

? Keep track of daily room situation, guide Supervisors’ management, implement comprehensive work plan and be responsible for department work outcomes.

? Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of guest facilities, public areas and back office (per the property’s actual situation) and be responsible for the work outcomes.

? Work closely with other department managers to contribute to the operation of the property.

? Assist to meet and provide a fond farewell to important/group guests, provide service for important activities/events.

? Understand and familiar with the related brand knowledge and actively participate in various activities organized by the property.

? Check and confirm readiness of apartments for VIP/VVIP, visit guests on special occasions, e.g. ill guests, long-stay guests.

? Ask guests their opinion of housekeeping work, deal with complaints properly, improve housekeeping service.

? Monitor and control items consumption and the usage of cleaning equipments, manage regular stock inventory, responsible for the inventory result.

? Control Lost & Found, report management and file storage, conduct expenditure estimates. Participate in the formulation and effective implementation of the department's expenditure budget, actively innovate and take effective cost reduction measures.

Requirements資質(zhì)需求
? College degree or equivalent.
大?;蛲纫陨蠈W(xué)歷。
? Minimum three years supervisory working experience in hotel or serviced residence, pre-opening experience preferred.
有3年以上的服務(wù)公寓/星級(jí)酒店客房管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有酒店籌備工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
? English listening/speaking/reading/writing skills preferred.
有一定的英文聽/說(shuō)/讀/寫能力者優(yōu)先考慮。
? Familiar with relative professional knowledge, housekeeping management, service procedure and quality standards.
