變速箱和駐車鎖
China is the biggest passenger car market for Mercedes-Benz R&D China, we strive to provide China fit products with China speed. Under this background, more development responsibility of drivetrain parts will be in MB China.
This means you will be responsible:
- for gear box & park lock system development
- for generation and review of gear box & park lock requirement.
- to communicate and align development targets with suppliers according to MB standards
- to verify and validate part design feasibility and maturity according to MB requirements
- to discuss and monitor parts development plan according to MB standards
- to release part according to MB standard.
to lead part lifetime related change, optimization, costdown, new variant development according to MB project required.
Education: University degree in mechanical or automotive engineering
Experience:
? Working Experience in gear box & park lock or EDU development
Specific knowledge
? Deep knowledge on shaft development knowledge
? Deep knowledge of transmission development processes and familiar with supplier management.
? Communication skills with various hierarchy levels and different cultural background
? Project management skills to manage cross-functional teams and suppliers
? Fluent written/spoken Chinese and English
