1. 組織、安排相關(guān)客戶參觀第一太平戴維斯在管樓盤;
2. 有較強(qiáng)的綜合協(xié)調(diào)能力,具備執(zhí)業(yè)精神及良好的執(zhí)業(yè)道德修養(yǎng);
3. 協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)區(qū)域市場的信息收集;
4. 熟悉物業(yè)管理方案編制、項目洽談及招投標(biāo)環(huán)節(jié);
5. 文件資料(包括合同)的歸檔及整理;
6. 熟練掌握CAD及PPT等商務(wù)辦公軟件,具有一定的文字和圖文編撰能力;
7. 工作認(rèn)真、細(xì)致,統(tǒng)計及數(shù)字分析能力強(qiáng);
8. 能獨立思考,有較強(qiáng)的溝通和執(zhí)行能力,良好的團(tuán)隊合作意思;
9. 執(zhí)行上司安排的其他工作。
