裝配工藝
The Impact You'll Make
Be responsible for the machining process design,execute and trouble-shooting. And provide on-site guidance, training and supervision to operators to ensure implementation.
What You’ll Be Doing
1.負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)加工和裝配相關(guān)工藝過程設(shè)計(jì),開發(fā)相關(guān)工具工裝夾具。Responsible for assembly process design and development of relevant fixtures.
2.按質(zhì)量體系要求編寫機(jī)加工和裝配工藝文件，包括：SOP，WI，PFMEA，CP, CI，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化聯(lián)合動(dòng)作表等。Prepare assembly process documents according to quality system requirements, including SOP, WI, PFMEA, CP, CI, etc.
3.負(fù)責(zé)新工藝與設(shè)備的調(diào)研和驗(yàn)證.Be responsible for the investigation and verification of new process and equipment.
4.解決生產(chǎn)過程中遇到的工藝問題.Solve the process problems encountered in the production process;
5.完成部門經(jīng)理安排相關(guān)的工作。Complete the work related to assembly process arranged by the Department Manager
6.工藝持續(xù)改進(jìn)，包括安全、質(zhì)量、交付和成本。Continuous improvement of machining process, including safety, quality, delivery and cost.
7.參與和管理工藝變更控制項(xiàng)目和工藝改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目Participate in and manage process change control projects and process improvement projects
8.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或參與解決與機(jī)加工相關(guān)的客戶投訴Lead or participate in solving customer complaints related to machining
9.負(fù)責(zé)過程能力及產(chǎn)能分析Responsible for process capability and capacity analysis 10.按要求完成PLM系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的新產(chǎn)品釋放、變更、PPAP等系統(tǒng)流程Responsible for PLM system operation of manufacturing engineering process include new product release,PPAP,Change request and Change notice schedule.

What We're Looking For
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械/液壓/電器自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical
2.流利的英語表達(dá)能力。Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
3.3年以上工藝工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。At least 3years working experiences in assembly engineering.
4.具備解決裝配工藝相關(guān)問題的能力。Ability to solve problems regarding assembly engineering.
5.快速學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)和技能的能力。Ability to quick learn new applications and new technologies.
6.熟悉ISO9000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和質(zhì)量工具。Be familar with ISO9000 standards and quality tools
2.流利的英語表達(dá)能力。Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
3.3年以上工藝工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。At least 3years working experiences in assembly engineering.
