Job Description
Be responsible for the assembly process design,execute and trouble-shooting. And provide on-site guidance, training and supervision to operators to ensure implementation.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- 負責裝配液壓試驗臺測試的工藝過程設計,開發(fā)相關工具工裝。Responsible for assembly process design and development of relevant fixtures.
- 按質量體系要求編寫裝配工藝文件，包括：SOP，WI，PFMEA，CP, CI等。Prepare assembly process documents according to quality system requirements, including SOP, WI, PFMEA, CP, CI, etc.
- 負責裝配新工藝與設備的調研和驗證.Be responsible for the investigation and verification of new assembly process and equipment.
- 解決生產過程中遇到的工藝問題.Solve the process problems encountered in the production process;
- 完成部門經理安排的與裝配工藝相關的工作。Complete the work related to assembly process arranged by the Department Manager
- 裝配工藝持續(xù)改進，包括安全、質量、交付和成本。Continuous improvement of assembly process, including safety, quality, delivery and cost.
- 參與和管理工藝變更控制項目和工藝改進項目Participate in and manage process change control projects and process improvement projects
- 領導或參與解決與裝配相關的客戶投訴Lead or participate in solving customer complaints related to assembly
- 負責過程能力及產能分析Responsible for process capability and capacity analysis
- 按要求完成PLM系統內的新產品釋放、變更、PPAP等系統流程Responsible for PLM system operation of manufacturing engineering process include new product release,PPAP,Change request and Change notice schedule.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- 本科及以上學歷，機械類專業(yè)畢業(yè)。Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical
- 流利的英語表達能力。Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- 5年以上液壓行業(yè)零部件裝配、測試工藝工作經驗，懂液壓原理者優(yōu)先。At least 5years working experiences in assembly engineering.
- 具備解決裝配工藝相關問題的能力。Ability to solve problems regarding assembly engineering.
- 快速學習新知識和技能的能力。Ability to quick learn new applications and new technologies.
- 熟悉ISO9000標準和質量工具。Be familar with ISO9000 standards and quality tools
- 熟練運用CAD，常用三維設計軟件
- 具備電氣設計經驗，非標機械設計經驗，能夠進行PLC編程（西門子、三菱等）者優(yōu)先
