The incumbent will play the role of Solution Owner in Organisation and Talent Development (“OTD”) Department. The main role is to deliver and involve in design of talent and performance solutions for our people with the aim of building immediate capability and strengthening the future workforce of KPMG. This role will be involved in the talent and performance solution needs analyses, solution design and implementation of the solutions to drive business results.
Role and Responsibility:
-Deliver OTD solutions, involve in the design and development phase by adopting user experience design approach as appropriate
-Involve in formulating project plans, including project objectives, deliverables, timeline, milestones, ROI tracking mechanism, stakeholder communication and engagement plan, budget, etc.
-Involve in the successful delivery of multiple projects with high quality services on time, maximised ROI and within budget
-Coach team members and design development experiences for them to grow their competencies as appropriate
Requirements on experience and qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree and/or further qualification/certificate in organisation psychology, human resources, coaching, organisational development or related field
-Possession of OTD related certificates, e.g. MBTI, 7 Habits, EQ, Hogan Assessments, Design Thinking, Coaching, etc. is an advantage
-Strong presentation skills. Able to communicate succinctly and fluently, both written and verbally in Mandarin and English.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in large MNCs, involved in talent development, change management and culture transformation
-Strong client service orientation – be able to pick up cues on business needs and provide relevant input to solutions as needed
