Target management
? Define annual strategic projects / special improvment projects within SAM China in terms of quality/ process/ customer satisfaction, and drive the execution.
? Deploy SAM global Lean target & strategy to SAM China and drive the execution.
? Evaluate PMT (process, method, tool) training needs in SAM China and drive the execution, to support cross functions to improve team's competence for achieving customer satisfaction.
Improvement activities
? Coach project leader & team of annual Lean/Strategy/Special projects in terms of quality/ process/ customer satisfaction improvement.
? Coach Lean specialists in SAM China for Lean projects execution.
? Organize / support SAM China Lean&Quality workshop and events.
? Other relevant tasks assigned by supervisor."
Coordination & Reporting
? Regularly review with Segments for quality/process improvement porjects output and keep reporting.
? Regularly summarize and report SAM China team training & competence improvement status.
Support
? Support CCTC (PSS Changchun Tech Center) QMS internal&external audits.
? Support PSS China annual management review in close loop.
? Support SAM China annual strategic projects at BA level. "
Network
? Build and maintain network with Lean team of SAM global / China plants / China central for L&L and Best Practice sharing and executing.
Job Requirement
Education / Certification
Bachelor degree in science / engineering, or equivalent.
Professional Experience(Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)
? Professional experience (at least 5 years) in relevant areas such as Q / PM / R&D or equivalent areas.
? Experience in relevant business field (Automotive, Tires, CT) and understanding of relevant business environment.
? Cross functional experience in different functional areas."
Project and/or Process Experience
? Experience as a project manager for improvement/strategic projects in different functional areas
? Leader/Core member in international projects involving multiple locations"
Leadership Experience
Experience in a leadership position (at least 2 years)
Intercultural Experience
? Experience in work with international teams (at least 3 years)
? Understanding of multi-culture"
