Position Overview
Full management of the company’s new
logistics center, from the establishment phase through ongoing operations. The
role includes responsibility for all logistical aspects, managing staff,
implementing procedures, and continuously improving work processes while
maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Establish, manage, and operate
a single logistics center.
·
Manage the logistics team:
recruitment, training, supervision, and leading employees to achieve targets.
·
Oversee the entire supply chain
process – receiving, storage, preparing shipments, and distribution.
·
Plan and manage logistics
processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
·
Maintain ongoing work with
suppliers and shipping companies.
·
Meet targets and deadlines in a
challenging work environment.
·
Implement procedures and ensure
compliance with international safety and quality standards.
Requirements
·
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in logistics – mandatory.
·
Management Experience: Proven
experience managing employees and a logistics center – mandatory.
·
Logistics Center Setup:
Experience in establishing and operating a logistics center – mandatory.
·
International Company
Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in an international company – mandatory.
·
Languages: Very high level of
English – speaking, reading, and writing – mandatory.
·
Interpersonal Skills: Strong
communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
·
Work Under Pressure: Ability to
meet goals under tight deadlines.
·
Driver’s License: Mandatory.
