Manage end-to-end international freight forwarding container operations, including tracking, scheduling and handling of transport orders.
Coordinate with container depots (focus China), terminals, and overseas partners to ensure smooth container movements (loading/unloading, storage, repair and transshipment).
Monitor container status in real-time and optimize logistics workflows to meet deadlines.
Prepare operational reports and updates using MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) for data analysis and presentations.
Communicate with international stakeholders (e.g., agents, clients) in Chinese (native), English (written & spoken) / Russian (advantage).
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in rail container management or international freight forwarding logistics (experience with China-Europe Railway Express preferred).
Strong knowledge of container depot operations and tracking systems.
Fluent in English
Proficient in Excel (data analysis), Word, and PPT for reporting.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight schedules.
