Operations specialist / coordinator (Rail Container Logistics)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end international freight forwarding container operations, including tracking, scheduling and handling of transport orders.
  • Coordinate with container depots (focus China), terminals, and overseas partners to ensure smooth container movements (loading/unloading, storage, repair and transshipment).
  • Monitor container status in real-time and optimize logistics workflows to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare operational reports and updates using MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) for data analysis and presentations.
  • Communicate with international stakeholders (e.g., agents, clients) in Chinese (native), English (written & spoken) / Russian (advantage).
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in rail container management or international freight forwarding logistics (experience with China-Europe Railway Express preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of container depot operations and tracking systems.
  • Fluent in English or Russian (both preferred) for cross-border communication.
  • Proficient in Excel (data analysis), Word, and PPT for reporting.
崗位職責
  • 負責中歐班列國際運輸業(yè)務(wù)中鐵路集裝箱的全程管理，包括調(diào)度、跟蹤及異常處理；
  • 與集裝箱堆場（重點在中國）、終端和海外合作伙伴協(xié)調(diào)，確保集裝箱順暢流動（裝卸、存儲、維修和轉(zhuǎn)運）；
  • 實時監(jiān)控集裝箱狀態(tài)并優(yōu)化物流工作流程以滿足截止日期；
  • 制作運輸報表、更新集裝箱動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)，熟練運用MS Office（Word/Excel/PPT）進行數(shù)據(jù)分析與匯報；
  • 可以用英語處理業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)（如代理商、客戶）信函及口語溝通，中文（母語）、英語（書面及口頭）/俄語（加分項）。。
任職要求
  • 3年以上鐵路集裝箱管理或國際貨運代理物流經(jīng)驗（具備中歐班列經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先）；
  • 熟悉鐵路集裝箱堆場作業(yè)流程及運輸跟蹤系統(tǒng)；
  • 英語或俄語流利（書面及口語），能獨立處理跨境溝通；
  • 熟練使用Excel等工具進行數(shù)據(jù)整理與分析，具備基礎(chǔ)PPT匯報能力；
