Job dimensions: System simulation engineer is responsible for developing optimum restraint system within CAE in terms of regulatory requirement of government/consumer and customer/internal specification under required timing and budget. 系統(tǒng)仿真工程師負(fù)責(zé)利用CAE開發(fā)出優(yōu)化的約束系統(tǒng)參數(shù)在規(guī)定的時(shí)間和成本里滿足法規(guī)及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。 Activities ● Establish simulation model approximating the physical behaviour; balance efficiency and required model details. ● 根據(jù)物理性質(zhì)建立近似仿真模型,平衡效率及模型細(xì)節(jié)。 ● Correlate the model as per physical test results and kinematics for further optimization phase. ● 根據(jù)物理試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對標(biāo)仿真模型。 ● Execution of system simulation with variation of parameter to achieve optimum result for restraint performance. ● 進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算及優(yōu)化。 ● Participate in component testing (ex. linear impactor Test), sled and crash test, collect information and parameters as input to simulation model. ● 參與相關(guān)物理試驗(yàn)并據(jù)此搭建合理的模型。 ● Technical documentation in English. ● 編寫技術(shù)文檔及報(bào)告。 Qualifications / experience required: ● Good background in dynamics / mechanics / FEM ● 機(jī)械/動力學(xué)/有限元背景 ● Communicate openly, directly and timely. Listens actively. ● 交流直接及時(shí),性格開朗,善于傾聽 ● Experienced in CAE software- Hyperworks, LS-DYNA ● 相關(guān)仿真軟件經(jīng)驗(yàn)- Hyperworks, LS-DYNA ● 2~3 years of simulation experience. ● 2~3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
