Supervises Restaurant/Banquet personnel involved in set-up, service and clean up.
監(jiān)管餐廳/宴會(huì)廳員工的宴會(huì)擺設(shè),服務(wù)和清潔工作。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES職責(zé)和任務(wù)
1. Check general cleanliness of function room and co-ordinates with Housekeeping for same.
檢查宴會(huì)區(qū)域的整潔工作并與管家部協(xié)作。
2. Checks furniture condition making sure they are all in good shape; initiates maintenance orders of same and follows-up accordingly.
檢查家具是否完好;按照相應(yīng)的指示進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)。
3. Supervises the set-up, service, and clean up of functions.
監(jiān)督擺設(shè),服務(wù)質(zhì)量和宴會(huì)的清理工作。
4. Makes sure that supply of chinaware and cutlery are replenished and requisitioned whenever necessary.
確保瓷器和餐具任何時(shí)候數(shù)量充足。
5. Ensures good grooming of all staff. Gives necessary instructions regarding service and set-up prior to functions.
確保所有員工儀容儀表。宴會(huì)的擺設(shè)和服務(wù)必要時(shí)給予指示。
6. Performs other duties as required by his supervisor or head of department
執(zhí)行上級(jí)及部門負(fù)責(zé)人要求的其他工作。

2. Minimum 4 years’ experience
4年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Facility in verbal and written expressions
