This position will lead PL48 Industry Sales team to meet sales target and develop Gasketed Plate heat exchanger business in China
Danfoss' gasketed and welded heat exchangers represent a priority business area with significant growth potential in the Chinese market. From both a market and product perspective, the Senior Sales Manager is tasked with the following key priorities: - Lead the local sales team to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships - Further develop current growth opportunities within the Industrial segment, particularly in the Chemical, Marine, Power, and Semiconductor industries - Ensure sustained, profitable market growth through existing customers and a comprehensive portfolio of advanced components and solutions - Identify and pursue strategic opportunities and partnerships - Optimize the Sales Operating Model
In alignment with the broader market strategy, the Senior Sales Manager has five key focus areas: 1. Collaborate with the sales and support team as well as key stakeholders to further define and implement a three-year growth strategy 2. Work with key stakeholders to identify and develop products, services, and solutions that are well-suited and competitive in the Chinese market 3. Continue driving profitable sales growth with existing customers 4. Build a strong network and establish strategic partnerships with key players across the aforementioned industries 5. Enhance the organizational structure and staff capabilities to ensure a results-driven, proactive, and innovative sales organization that supports both the overall strategy and the Sales Operating Model
