Main tasks
-Act as the primary contact and subject matter expert for SAP PP/WM topics at a central (APAC) level.
-Support local key users and warehouse teams in the implementation and use of SAP WM/PP processes.
-Collaborate with IT and SAP consultants to define, test, and implement system changes or enhancements.
-Analyze and document existing warehouse and production processes and identify areas for optimization using SAP tools
-Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation for warehouse operations.
-Train and support local key users and end-users on SAP WM/PP processes and best practices.
Perform integration testing for SAP WM/PP enhancements, including regression testing
Participate in global rollouts, upgrades, and new implementations of SAP WM/PP
-Monitor and resolve incidents and support tickets related to SAP WM/PP
-Collaborate closely with other key users in logistics, production, and IT to ensure cross-functional alignment
-Support localization projects for other SAP modules
-Supports CO module and warehouse inventory management.
-Lead and participate in testing activities such as functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) during SAP enhancements or rollouts
-Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the warehouse management module and PP Module
