Job Description .Responsible for the creation, development and execution of local marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives; monitoring the progress & result. .Report to the Marketing Manager and works closely to align plans to the business’s goals, direction and objectives; assist Manager to accomplish big MKT initiatives .Work closely with cross functional teams to align campaign schedules /support to ensure smooth execution and consistency in communications; .Utilise creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia in a cost-efficient manner to build a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand; .Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures .Assist with any ad-hoc day to day tasks as required by the team Desired Skills & Experience .Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline; .Experience within the airline, travel, or hospitality industries or similar consumer goods business is ideal but not necessary; .A passionate and creative go-getter with the ability to work independently with little supervision; .A commercial thinker with a keen sense of market & consumer trends, result oriented & multi task; .Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand business financials; .A love for travel, and a keen understanding of different cultures; .Excellent verbal and written English;
