JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in addition job statement) Planning 計(jì)劃 - Make a yearly sales plan for territory align with China aftermarket sales strategy 按照中國(guó)區(qū)后市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略制定區(qū)域年度銷(xiāo)售方案 - Follow up all customers in your responsible area, and develop stable relationship with customers 跟進(jìn)所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的客戶(hù)并發(fā)展穩(wěn)定的客戶(hù)關(guān)系 - Submit customer visit and potential customer development plan for each month 每月提交制定客戶(hù)拜訪及潛在客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃 - Manage 3rd party development plan in responsible area 制定區(qū)域內(nèi)第三方的發(fā)展計(jì)劃 Sales 銷(xiāo)售 - Find all potential customers and ensure key customer relationship are managed, developed secure health sales channels。 負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的潛在客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā),關(guān)鍵客戶(hù)的管理并維護(hù)銷(xiāo)售渠道。 - Prepare the proposal for customers with help of sales support team if necessary and negotiate with customers,and sign the contract 在銷(xiāo)售支持團(tuán)隊(duì)的配合下,給客戶(hù)提產(chǎn)品方案及并與客戶(hù)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目談判,最終簽訂合同 - Update and submit sales report and competitors’ activities report of the region with monthly basis 更新每月銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手行動(dòng)報(bào)告 - Keep learning and familiar with Metso aftermarket products on aftermarket business 持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)并熟悉美卓關(guān)于后市場(chǎng)的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品 - Work closely with service & contract administration departments and make sure product delivery and operation meet customers’ requirements, and implement the contract successfully together. 與合同執(zhí)行及服務(wù)部門(mén)保持緊密聯(lián)系,確保產(chǎn)品的交貨和維護(hù)符合客戶(hù)的要求, 成功履行合同 - Weekly update on the Salesforce 每周更新Salesforce數(shù)據(jù) - Meet annual sales target 完成年銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo) - Manage 3rd party sales align with territory sales target 管理好第三方使其促進(jìn)區(qū)域內(nèi)后市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售 Market Development 市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā) - Develop new opportunities in your responsible area, keep a good relationship with the customers 在所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)持續(xù)開(kāi)發(fā)新的銷(xiāo)售機(jī)會(huì), 保持與所有客戶(hù)的良好關(guān)系 - Arrange high level contacts for Metso China management with key potential customers 安排重點(diǎn)潛在客戶(hù)與美卓中國(guó)區(qū)管理層的聯(lián)系 - Update current market information on aftermarket business 更新后市場(chǎng)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)市場(chǎng)信息 - Develop marketing activity for aftermarket business in conjunction with Metso China marketing team 與美卓中國(guó)區(qū)市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起組織開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)活動(dòng) - Support new products' market research and promotion 支持新產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)調(diào)查和推廣 - Manage 3rd party, using its ability and resource to enlarge and develop aftermarket sales 管理區(qū)域內(nèi)的第三方,借助其能力及資源擴(kuò)大和開(kāi)發(fā)后市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Mechanical degree or minerals processing degree with International Trade background preferred 機(jī)械工程或礦物加工專(zhuān)業(yè),并具有國(guó)際貿(mào)易背景優(yōu)先 - Solid Metso product knowledge 熟悉美卓產(chǎn)品 - Good selling skill, initiative, good communication and negotiation skill 良好的銷(xiāo)售技巧,積極主動(dòng),善于溝通及良好的談判技巧 - Teamwork player 團(tuán)隊(duì)合作 - Good command of Windows , office software, Sales Force software and etc 熟練掌握Windows,office等軟件 - Capability of learning quickly, especially on process and mechanical 在機(jī)械和工藝加工專(zhuān)業(yè)方面快速的學(xué)習(xí)能力 - Good presentation skill 良好的報(bào)告演示技巧 - Able to frequently travel 能適應(yīng)頻繁出差 - Preferred good command of verbal and written English 熟練掌握英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和寫(xiě)作者優(yōu)先
