Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our Shanghai office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in supporting our corporate finance projects and requires a candidate fluent in both Chinese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: - Lead and manage corporate finance projects from inception to completion. - Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure deadlines are met. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
2. Stakeholder Coordination: - Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients, partners, and internal teams. - Ensure client requirements are accurately captured and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Financial Analysis and Reporting: - Conduct financial analysis and compile data for project reports. - Prepare and present detailed project updates and financial reports to senior management. - Assist in the preparation of financial models and forecasts.
4. Administrative Support: - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. - Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
