銷售管理運(yùn)營管理供應(yīng)鏈管理企業(yè)運(yùn)營集團(tuán)公司上市企業(yè)大型企業(yè)家具制造零售/批發(fā)
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)定制公司日常經(jīng)營管理工作，包括公司經(jīng)營目標(biāo)分解、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度跟進(jìn)、業(yè)務(wù)拓展、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營，督導(dǎo)、調(diào)控、協(xié)調(diào)、監(jiān)督各部門日常工作；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)定制公司經(jīng)營管理目標(biāo)擬訂，報(bào)集團(tuán)審批后組織實(shí)施；
3. 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商開發(fā)及管理，參與制定合作方以及銷售商務(wù)政策；
4. 參與供應(yīng)商專家小組，組織供應(yīng)商擇優(yōu)必選、商務(wù)洽談、合同擬訂、合同談判、合同簽署等工作
5. 負(fù)責(zé)ERP系統(tǒng)和一線營銷系統(tǒng)搭建，組織系統(tǒng)管理小組開展工作，確保系統(tǒng)完善并有效運(yùn)行；
6. 負(fù)責(zé)督導(dǎo)、協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)裝飾公司工程團(tuán)隊(duì)，按時(shí)、保質(zhì)保量完成項(xiàng)目施工；
7. 參與項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收，收集客戶意見，負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌驗(yàn)收中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題的整改和服務(wù)完；
8. 負(fù)責(zé)公司各部門業(yè)務(wù)管理制度，監(jiān)督市場(chǎng)部日常工作，以及負(fù)責(zé)公司團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)、團(tuán)隊(duì)培訓(xùn)；
9. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)；
任職資格：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，工商管理、企業(yè)管理類；
2. 8-10年以上家居、裝修建材銷售綜合體從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
3. 熟悉大型家居綜合體供應(yīng)商管理流程；
4. 具有良好的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通和談判能力，做事細(xì)心和有責(zé)任心；
5. 具有良好英語口語及書寫能力優(yōu)先考慮；
