崗位職責(zé):
1、分析市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),研究競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手動(dòng)態(tài),制定有效的市場(chǎng)推廣計(jì)劃和銷售策略。 Analyze market trends, study competitors, and develop effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies. 2、開拓新市場(chǎng),發(fā)掘潛在客戶,通過電話、郵件、展會(huì)等多種渠道進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品推廣。 Explore new markets, identify potential clients, and promote products through various channels such as calls, emails, exhibitions, etc. 3、維護(hù)與現(xiàn)有客戶的良好關(guān)系,定期拜訪,了解客戶需求,提供專業(yè)的解決方案。 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, conduct regular visits, understand their needs, and offer professional solutions. 4、組織并參與產(chǎn)品演示、技術(shù)交流會(huì),提升客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的認(rèn)知度和滿意度。 Organize and participate in product demonstrations and technical seminars to enhance customer awareness and satisfaction. 5、管理銷售流程,從詢價(jià)、報(bào)價(jià)、談判到合同簽訂,確保銷售目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。 Manage the sales process from inquiry, quotation, negotiation to contract signing, ensuring sales objectives are met. 6、收集市場(chǎng)反饋,分析銷售數(shù)據(jù),優(yōu)化銷售策略,提升市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 Gather market feedback, analyze sales data, refine sales strategies, and enhance market competitiveness. 7、與產(chǎn)品、研發(fā)等部門緊密合作,反饋市場(chǎng)需求,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)和服務(wù)優(yōu)化。 Collaborate closely with product and R&D departments, conveying market demands to facilitate product enhancements and service optimization.
任職要求:
1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、商務(wù)管理、航空工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields
2、擁有2-5年市場(chǎng)銷售或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有航空、仿真行業(yè)景者優(yōu)先。
2-5 years of experience in marketing sales or relevant fields, with a background in aviation or simulation industries being advantageous.
3、具備出色的溝通能力、談判技巧和客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)。
Exceptional communication skills, negotiation abilities, and customer-centric mindset.
4、熟悉市場(chǎng)分析方法,能夠獨(dú)立制定并執(zhí)行營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃。
Proficient in market analysis techniques, able to formulate and execute marketing plans independently.
5、能夠承受工作壓力,自我驅(qū)動(dòng),追求卓越的銷售業(yè)績(jī)。
Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and committed to achieving outstanding sales results
6、熟練使用CRM系統(tǒng)和辦公軟件,如Salesforce、Excel、PPT等。
