工作職責(zé):
1.Support OTC management team to ensure AR Collection related KPIs achieve target for all in
scope countries;
a. Develop internal relationships with Partner Account Managers
b. Well understand and satisfy VIP customers’ special requirement;
c.
Business justification & liable identification for bad behaviour payer controlling and long idle /
abandon / potential bad debt handling;
d. Proper escalation on problematic accounts to HO/ARO credit management for decision
making;
e. Communicate with concerned parties to ensure whole collection process is well followed up
(i.e.
Analyse overdue balances, assess revenue exposure, and review AR Provisions with the Finance
Manager to effectively manage collections risk).
2.Support Agency on credit management
a. Manage and analyze DSO performance and implement improvement measures as needed
b. Review credit worthiness of new and existing customers, set and monitor credit limits in
consultation with Agency
c.
Cash flow forecasting and support Agency leaders for setting of collection targets
d. Initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
e. Keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques
3.Provide timely resolution of issues with various stakeholders;
4.Ensure process compliance to CMA/CEVA Policies, perform & provide analysis on Global
policy/process
comparison where required;
5.Analyse processes and reports, identify potential areas of alignment and improvement, obtain
support
from stakeholders in gathering improvement ideas, coordinate the proposal and implementation;
6.Liaison with auditors on materials needed and issues discovered.
7.Manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
任職要求:
1.Bachelor and above;
2.Major in Accounting/Finance;
3.4-5 years of related working experience is preferred;
4.Strong knowledge of shipping or logistics industry is an advantage;
5.Experience in a Shared Service Centre is an advantage;
6.Experience in project management is an advantage;
7.Excellent communication & Inter-personal skill;
8.Excellent English – writing & speaking skill;
9.Excellent skills of data analysis, problem solving with logical & full-picture thinking;
10.Excellent presentation skill;
11.Proficient with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.);
