一、崗位職責(zé)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)全面管理學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)稅費(fèi)申報(bào)工作，包括但不限于增值稅、企業(yè)所得稅、個(gè)人所得稅及印花稅等，確保申報(bào)的準(zhǔn)確性與及時(shí)性。
2. 負(fù)責(zé)按規(guī)定開具各類票據(jù)，包括學(xué)生學(xué)宿費(fèi)發(fā)票、應(yīng)稅收入的增值稅發(fā)票以及公益性捐贈(zèng)票據(jù)，并做好票據(jù)的登記與保管工作。
3. 針對(duì)學(xué)校日常運(yùn)營(yíng)及特殊業(yè)務(wù)中的涉稅問題，進(jìn)行專業(yè)分析研判，并向主管稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)行咨詢與確認(rèn)，為學(xué)校提供權(quán)威的稅務(wù)解決方案與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警。
4. 專職負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校國(guó)產(chǎn)教學(xué)科研設(shè)備采購(gòu)的退稅申請(qǐng)事宜，日常審核采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目是否符合退稅政策條件，并準(zhǔn)備全套申請(qǐng)材料，確保退稅順利到位。
5. 主導(dǎo)完成學(xué)校企業(yè)所得稅的年度匯算清繳工作，確保申報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)的完整、準(zhǔn)確與合規(guī)，有效控制稅務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
6. 作為校內(nèi)稅務(wù)專家，為各學(xué)院及職能部門提供專業(yè)的稅務(wù)政策咨詢與解答。
7. 作為學(xué)校對(duì)外的稅務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)人，負(fù)責(zé)日常與主管稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)接，保持順暢溝通，及時(shí)獲取最新稅務(wù)政策與通知。
8. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校稅費(fèi)賬務(wù)處理及稅務(wù)資料歸檔。
9. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。

2. Responsible for issuing various types of invoices in accordance with regulations, including student tuition and accommodation fee invoices, VAT invoices for taxable income, and charitable donation receipts, while ensuring proper registration and safekeeping of all receipts.
3. Conduct professional analysis and assessment of tax-related issues arising from the university's daily operations and special business activities. Consult with and obtain confirmation from the competent tax authorities to provide the university with authoritative tax solutions and risk warnings.
4. Responsible for handling tax refund applications related to the procurement of domestically produced teaching and research equipment for university. This includes routinely reviewing procurement projects to ensure compliance with tax refund policies, preparing complete application materials, and ensuring smooth processing and receipt of tax refunds.
5. Lead the completion of the university's annual corporate income tax settlement and finalization, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of reported data while effectively controlling tax risks.
6. As the university's tax expert, provide professional tax policy consultation and guidance to all schools and administrative departments.
7. As the university's external tax liaison, responsible for maintaining daily communication with the competent tax authorities, ensuring smooth coordination, and promptly obtaining the latest tax policies and notifications.
8. Responsible for handling university tax and fee accounting and archiving tax documentation.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
