Department: Equipment Department Job Responsibilities: 1、Production Line Equipment Operation and Maintenance (1)Responsible for the long-term operation and data testing of assigned equipment sections; perform routine maintenance and repair, and continuously improve equipment performance indicators. (2)Report major abnormalities on the production line to superiors promptly and take preliminary actions. (3)Conduct thorough shift handovers, ensuring all tasks are completed and closed-looped. (4)Regularly prepare work reports and submit them to superiors. 2、Production Line Optimization and Improvement Assist senior management in stabilizing equipment operations, improving equipment performance indicators, implementing equipment optimization projects, and supporting team initiatives led by superiors. 3、Work Discipline and Safety Protection (1)Strictly follow departmental safety regulations to ensure no safety incidents occur on-site. (2)Maintain high attendance rates, work diligently, and avoid absenteeism. (3)Proactively cooperate with department leaders to complete additional tasks without resisting work assignments. Job Requirements: 1、Education: Associate degree or above; able to read English technical documents, write English documents, and conduct simple English communication. 2、Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience in photovoltaic battery manufacturing; familiarity with monocrystalline silicon battery processes is preferred. Prior experience with TOPCon battery technology is an advantage. 3、Project Experience: Must have more than six months of project experience working in photovoltaic battery manufacturing in Southeast Asia; capable of independently managing equipment operations for a specific process stage. 4、Technical Skills: Proficient in equipment knowledge related to a specific process, with practical experience in handling on-site anomalies and efficiency improvement. Possess basic mechanical and electrical skills, proficient in office software and commonly used industrial control software.
