Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé) 1、Custodian of the Company Culture 貫徹集團文化 (1)Ensure that the guest is at the center of every single strategic initiative, project or process. 確保在每一個戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、項目和過程的中心是我們的客人。 (2)Provide feedback from the guest on the teams’ performance to the team. 向團隊成員及時反饋客人對于團隊表現(xiàn)的反饋。 (3)Ensure that all team members feel trusted and valued for their accountability and risk taken. 確保所有團隊成員對于他們所承擔(dān)的責(zé)任和風(fēng)險,備受信任和重視。 2、Employer Branding 雇主品牌 (1)Establish relationships with local schools and colleges. 與當(dāng)?shù)貙W(xué)校建立良好關(guān)系。 (2)Engage in social media to promote the hotel as best place to work. 選擇合適的社交媒體方式宣傳酒店是最佳工作場所。 3、Recruitment and Selection 招聘和選拔 (1)Deliver training on behavioral interviewing and selection to the heads of department and those responsible for recruitment. 開展行為面試技巧的培訓(xùn)。 (2)Identify high potentials through vertical and laterally movements within existing talent by providing recommendations for departmental transfer in accordance to their skill set. 根據(jù)現(xiàn)有人才的技能,為人才內(nèi)部調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)提供意見和建議,通過縱向和橫向的調(diào)動來識別高潛力人才。 (3)Assist in monitoring present and future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation and make appropriate recommendations. 協(xié)助了解本地勞動狀況和社會立法的現(xiàn)狀及未來趨勢,并提出適當(dāng)?shù)囊庖姾鸵庖姟?4、Induction and Onboarding 入職培訓(xùn) (1)Establish onboarding procedures which ensure new talent feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new talent arrival. 建立新人才的入職流程,確保所有新人才倍感歡迎,并且團隊成員對于新同事的到來做好了迎接準(zhǔn)備工作。 (2)Co-ordinate and conduct orientation programs and three month training plans. 協(xié)調(diào)和入職培訓(xùn)安排和新人才3個月的培訓(xùn)計劃。 (3)Appoint a support person within the operational team for each and every new talent. 確保運營團隊成員已經(jīng)為每一位新同事安排了幫教。 (4)Seek feedback from new talent in their first month of employment. 了解新同事入職第一個月的反饋。 (5)Arrange probationary reviews and provide feedback to talent. 安排試用期評估,并且向被評估的同事提供反饋。 5、Performance Assessment and Feedback 績效評估與反饋 (1)Train leaders in the annual performance appraisal process in line with the Leadership Capability Framework. 對于管理層進(jìn)行年度績效評估的培訓(xùn),使其了解領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力能力框架的評估體系。(2)Work with line managers to analyze performance by identifying area for improvement. 與部門經(jīng)理一起合作,識別需要改進(jìn)和提高的方面。 (3)Encourage an environment which supports open ongoing feedback and coaching to breach gaps for better performance. 鼓勵建立一個開放的溝通反饋環(huán)境,以提高和實現(xiàn)更好的績效表現(xiàn)。 (4)Celebrate team and individual success. 慶祝團隊和個體成員的成就。 (5)Train and assist managers in setting objectives and goals for talent which are SMART and in line with the business strategy. 根據(jù)SMART原則和經(jīng)營策略的一致性原則基礎(chǔ)上,培訓(xùn)和協(xié)助經(jīng)理為人才設(shè)立目標(biāo)。 6、Learning and Development 學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展 (1)Conduct/review Learning & Development needs analysis annually and budget accordingly. 每年進(jìn)行和審查年度學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展需求分析和相應(yīng)的預(yù)算。 (2)Plan Learning & Development Plan for future skill requirements and not just current. 參考當(dāng)前和未來技能需求,制定學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展計劃。 (3)Ensure development and implementation of annual Learning & Development plan to address and narrow the performance gap; 確保年度學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展計劃的指定和實施,以解決和縮小績效表現(xiàn)差距。 (4)Deliver all brand customer service and quality standards training to all members of the team; 為團隊成員提供品牌服務(wù)和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的培訓(xùn)。 (5)Maintain accurate reporting on the Learning & Development delivery and learning programs implemented;
