TripAPP(攜程海外平臺)英語咨詢專員
薪資福利: 7100固定薪資+績效獎金+班次補貼(綜合范圍9k-13k),入職繳納五險一金。
工作職責:
針對Trip app用戶(海外攜程平臺),負責機票業(yè)務處理對接;日常工作內(nèi)容是處理客戶售后訴求,如退票、改簽、姓名錯、證件錯,等。員工通過訂單/系統(tǒng)操作,以及和航司/供應商等各方溝通,給客人提供售后方案,回復方式主要是電話&郵件。不同的客戶訴求會有不同的對應的流程,員工需要按照流程規(guī)范為客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的售后服務。
硬性要求:英語流利可作為工作語言
優(yōu)先項:英語專業(yè),專八證書或過往工作環(huán)境全英語。海外留學生活經(jīng)歷,雅思6.5或托福100+等等優(yōu)先考慮
能提供學信網(wǎng)證明的大專及以上學歷人員,必須是接受全職工作的人員(26屆也可),不接受兼職情況
崗位工作時間:
做五休二(不保證周六日休,安排班7天內(nèi)有2天休假),節(jié)假日正常排班,法定節(jié)假日上班三倍薪資,輪班按周輪換。
工作地點:長寧區(qū)凌空soho(近淞虹路地鐵站)
